01 Scope of Services
Our consultancy provides guidance and assistance for admissions into domestic and international educational institutions, including counselling, university selection, application support, and documentation guidance. Final admission decisions are solely made by the respective colleges/universities.
02 No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
While we strive to provide the best possible guidance, we do not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa approval, as these are subject to the policies and decisions of universities, embassies, and governing authorities.
03 Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may affect admission or visa outcomes, and the consultancy shall not be held responsible in such cases.
04 Fees & Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid as per the agreed structure. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly agreed upon in writing. Certain third-party charges (such as application fees, university fees, visa fees, etc.) are separate and payable directly to respective institutions or authorities.
05 Refund Policy
Service fees are generally non-refundable as they cover consultation, guidance, and processing efforts. Any exceptions, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management discretion.
06 Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to actively participate in the process, including timely submission of documents, attending counselling sessions, and following provided guidance. Delays or non-cooperation may impact outcomes.
07 Communication
All official communication will be conducted via registered phone number, email, or authorized messaging platforms. Clients are responsible for staying updated and responding promptly.
08 Limitation of Liability
The consultancy shall not be held liable for any decisions made by universities, embassies, or external institutions, including rejections, delays, or policy changes.
09 Changes in Policies
Admission criteria, visa rules, and university policies may change without prior notice. The consultancy will guide clients based on the latest available information but cannot control such changes.
10 Confidentiality
All client information will be treated as confidential and used only for admission-related purposes.
11 Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication. Any inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
12 Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our services and/or making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
